Mother Earth, we thank Thee for Thy nutriment;
Father Sky, we thank Thee for Thy gift of
  discrimination in our food of every realm;
Sister Water, flow through us in fellowship
  as we two or more are gathered here;
Brother Fire, light our candles of the spirit
  that we may now ensoul the substance here received!

Prayer of Parting Adoration

As I descend this mount, O Flame

Follow me, and burn within!

As I return to earth, O Breath,

Quicken me, and dwell within!

As I cede ecstasy, O God,

Cherish me, and draw within!

O Flame, O Breath, O God,

I worship thee, I worship thee!
